SN Digital Solution provides a variety of services including, but not limited to logo design, website design, e-commerce, digital marketing, web app, and video editing.
Payment for services must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified in the service agreement or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
All intellectual property rights in the work produced by SN Digital Solution, including but not limited to designs, code, and content, shall remain the property of SN Digital Solution until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client will be granted a license to use the work for the purpose specified in the agreement.
SN Digital Solution shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
All service charges are non-refundable. Once a service has been initiated or completed, the fees associated with that service cannot be refunded. We encourage our clients to review the scope of work and service details thoroughly before making a payment.
SN Digital Solution is committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please contact our customer service team to discuss your concerns and explore potential solutions.
Up to 45 days following project delivery, SN Digital Solution keeps track of final designs and development so that you can be given the identical file in the event of a lost order.
In the event that the client is late or doesn't respond for 45 days, regardless of how far along a project is or how long its deadline has passed, SN Digital Solution will label the account as dormant. The client must let us know in order to restore their account and restart work on the project.
